SKIING FOR ALL LEVELS IN THE EPIC KITZBÜHEL SKI REGION.

Kitzbühel skiing is extensive, linked to the neighbouring ski area of the Ski Welt and is part of the regional Salzburg Super Ski region offering close to 3000km of ski pistes and over 900 ski lifts. The Kitzbühel ski area is diverse with precipitous gradients on the Hahnenkamm Streif race course, and yet is fundamentally an intermediate skier’s dream with endless blue and red ski pistes in all directions. The mixed ability terrain is ideal for corporate ski groups given the variety of individual abilities in ski groups. Most group skiers tend to be advanced / intermediate skiers and snowboarders and the scale of the ski area for corporate ski groups in Kitzbühel is superb.

HAHNENKAMM SKI SECTOR

There are 2 distinct sectors in the Kitzbühel ski area – the Hahnenkamm and the Kitzbüheler Horn, the former being by far the bigger area. Most skiers head to the Hahnenkamm side of the ski area since it offers so much more terrain. The Hahnenkamm peak offers the chance to access the Hahnenkamm Streif ski route, the course that racers hurtle down in January, as well a mixture of steep and intermediate terrain.

KITZBÜHELER HORN SKI SECTOR

With its south-facing slopes, the Kitzbüheler Horn offers a smaller area than the Hahnenkamm and is ideal for intermediates looking for a compact area to explore. There is a beginner’s snow park (compared to the more advanced offering in the Hahnenkamm section) located on the Kitzbüheler Horn. When snow conditions are good, the ski routes back to Kitzbühel can be fantastic.
